There’s nothing we love more than when two of our favourite names collide. So you can imagine our excitement upon learning that Toronto vintage store VSP Consignment is teaming up with US brand Reformation on a vintage trunk show next month. Each year, Reformation unveils a vintage collection on site made up of 50 one-of-a-kind pieces. This year’s digital haul included a vintage Dior suit, as well as Levi’s Red Line 501 jeans amongst other top-notch finds like silk mini dresses, printed tees and snakeskin coats (there are still a few pieces left on site to snap up). The purpose of the vintage collection is to highlight the value of clothing, regardless of its age, and to help keep unwanted clothing out of landfills. According to a release, more than 85 per cent of discarded clothing ends up in landfills each year in the US. The Kardashian sisters are back at it again, this time teaming up on a new fragrance trio for Kim Kardashian West’s eponymous beauty line KKW Fragrance. Kim, Kourtney and Khloe have each designed a fragrance as part of The Diamond Collection which is set to launch next month. The collection marks the first time the sisters have worked together for KKW Fragrance. Kim (who recently teased an acting gig alongside Jennifer Lopez ) has previously partnered with younger sister Kylie on a trio of fragrances. Each of the scents is a personal representation of the sisters. Taking to Instagram to describe her scent, Kourtney wrote, “Working with my sisters for this collection was nostalgic. Fragrance is so personal, so being able to create my own scent from start to finish was an exciting experience. I wanted to create a vibrant one that matches my classic, playful vibe. The combination of golden berries, jasmine and vanilla is refreshing.” Kourtney’s scent (which is described officially as ...

Feel the need to inject a little luxury into your Thursday? Well you’re in luck, as British e-commerce giant Farfetch has just announced the launch of a rare collection of jewellery from the Christian Dior archives. Available on site now, the collection was curated in partnership with Susan Caplan, one of the UK’s most renowned vintage jewellers. All meticulously preserved, many of the 80 pieces on offer have never been worn before. The collection includes rings, brooches, earrings and necklaces dating from 1976 to 1998, and each handmade piece features Swarovski crystal detailing. Given the timeframe, the pieces were created during the Marc Bohan, Gianfranco Ferré or John Galliano eras. Edwardian influences can be seen in the Galliano pieces, whilst the ultra-feminine designs come courtesy of Ferré. The company says the capsule provides consumers with the opportunity to shop consciously. Maxim de Turckheim at Farfetch said in a release, “Recently we have seen an increased interest...

Working in beauty, you hear a lot of new phrases relating to skincare, but none have piqued my interest nearly as much as ‘zombie cells’. In a meeting with Dermalogica ‘s VP of Technology and Development, Dr. Angela Murphy, to discuss the brand’s new Phyto-Nature Firming Serum (CAD$199), Murphy tells us that they’re a relatively new discovery in skincare. “We’re really starting to learn more about them. The real name for zombie cells is senescent cells – cells go through a lifecycle, they live and die, but sometimes they sort of go off to the side, secreting toxins and doing lots of bad things in the cell as a result. We’re starting to understand the role of those cells in diseases, but what we also know is that when you have more of those senescent cells, you age more rapidly.” View this post on Instagram 🌿G I V E A W A Y🌿Your new #Sunday ritual.
